What is critical thinking and how can I help my learners think more critically? This session will give you some practical tools that you can share with your learners to help them be more successful when solving problems and learn to recognize common pitfalls and how to avoid them.
Mark Montalvo has 17 years experience in Training and Development, Organizational Development, and Coaching and Development. Mark’s expertise lies in working with organizations to enhance and develop a best-in-class workforce. Mark started his professional career at AT&T where he quickly became integrated into the training and development leadership team. After AT&T, Mark started his own business working with companies in San Antonio and the surrounding area as a performance consultant in training and development and marketing. Currently Mark is working at USAA as a Learning Performance Consultant. Mark holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Resources from the University of Incarnate Word.
This monthly learning meeting will be held at the Hilton San Antonio Airport, located on the Northwest 410 Loop Frontage Road between San Pedro and Blanco.
