How do leaders keep team members interested and excited in their work? Budgets are shrinking as always – Companies are running lean and sometimes beyond emaciated. Rewards and recognition are tough. BUT, there are ways to keep key talent as well as any competent employee – at least a 1001 ways. At our January meeting, we have invited Rhonda Moncibais, Principal and Executive Coach with Synergy First & Associates, LLC, to explore “Keeping Them In the Game” with us. The session will be interactive with ‘rewarding’ activities, a case study to consider, a tool from Jack Welch, and lots of discussion.
This monthly learning meeting will be held at the Hilton San Antonio Airport, located on the Northwest 410 Loop Frontage Road between San Pedro and Blanco.
