Best Practices in Chapter Management
San Antonio ASTD will host the 2013 TXOK Regional ALC at the Holiday Inn Express San Antonio - Airport on Friday, February 1, and Saturday, February 2, 2013.

We also need volunteers to help seek sponsorships for the Regional ALC
Conference Planning
We also need volunteers to assist with the following:
- Conference Planning
- Registration Table (Registration Table Covered)
- Equipment - Obtaining two (2) additional projectors and screens for the conference (Two projectors covered. One screen is needed)
- Sponsorships - In-Kind Donations or Facilitator Sponsorships (to cover conference fee and lodging for facilitators)

Hotel Information
The 2013 TXOK Regional ALC will be held at the Holiday Inn Express San Antonio – Airport located at 91 Northeast Loop 410, San Antonio, TX 78216.
A block of rooms have been reserved at the conference rate of $89 per night. Please contact the Holiday Inn Express San Antonio – Airport directly at 210-308-6700 and request the “San Antonio ASTD Group Block” by December 31, 2012.
The hotel is located one (1) mile from the San Antonio International Airport. A complimentary shuttle is available. Free Wi-Fi is available in the hotel. A complimentary Express Start hot breakfast featuring eggs, bacon, biscuits and gravy, hot coffee and their famous cinnamon rolls is available to all guest staying at the hotel. Registration Fee
The Registration Fee for the 2013 TXOK Regional ALC is $50. This fee covers meal and beverage service for both days. Please plan to finalize payment by December 15, 2012, so we can confirm the number of attendees.
Refunds are available if you cancel your registration by December 20, 2012. After December 20, 2012, you may send an alternate attendee to the conference.
