Join us for this in-person event where you'll get to meet new people and connect with your community. Come learn how to reinvent L&D by embracing AI.
As technology advances, so does the world of learning and development (L&D). One of the most exciting new developments in L&D is generative AI, which allows L&D specialists to create unique, personalized learning experiences for individuals or groups. This course will explore the ways in which generative AI can help L&D specialists to create more effective and efficient training programs. Participants will learn about the basics of generative AI and its applications in L&D, and will have the opportunity to try out some generative AI tools and techniques.
In this session you will:
· Learn how to design and implement personalized learning experiences using generative AI tools and techniques
· Develop an understanding of how generative AI can be used to improve learner engagement and motivation
· Develop a roadmap for integrating generative AI into their own L&D programs based on their organization's needs and goals.

Lisa Garcia
Lisa Garcia is a distinguished professional in the field of digital communications, boasting over 13 years of experience in the industry. Her career began as a Digital Media Specialist before transitioning into the role of Technical Training Design Specialist at Alamo Colleges. In this capacity, she meticulously designed and executed technical training programs for various departments.
Presently, Lisa holds the position of Division Coordinator for Digital Communications at Alamo Colleges. Driven by a profound passion for technology, specifically artificial intelligence, she is currently pursuing a degree in Data Science at the University of Texas at San Antonio.
Lisa aspires to bridge the digital divide for underserved youth by capitalizing on her comprehensive experience in the field, coupled with her ongoing education in Data Science and AI. Recognized as a thought leader in her area of expertise, she is wholeheartedly committed to effecting positive change through innovative technological solutions.
