Creating successful Online Training from Instructor-Led Training requires much more than narrating the same slides used in face-to-face presentations. In this session, we will explore the strengths of Online Training and how to best leverage those strengths. We will also take a look at how to structure Online Training based on different types of learning. We will demonstrate how to apply key concepts and show examples comparing Instructor-Led and Online courses using a variety of media and different types of interactivity.
