In this presentation, we will discuss the need for accessibility in eLearning, and present ways in which you can create interactive and engaging courseware that almost anyone can access.
Mr. Jay Richards is Senior Instructional System Designer with MTS Technologies, Inc. He has over 11 years of experience in blended learning, task analysis, training evaluation, courseware validation, stand up instruction, and public speaking. In addition, he has over 6 years’ experience in the development of accessible eLearning products. Jay’s primary experience has been in the Federal and Commercial sectors, with recent exposure to the Department of Defense sector. Ms. Raquel Zapata is a PMI certified Program Manager (PgMP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with MTS Technologies, Inc. She has over 16 years of experience in Program Management and Business Process Improvement. She has over 13 years’ experience in the training industry, and specifically over 5 years’ experience in the development of accessible eLearning products. She possesses experience in private and public sectors, including Fortune 10 financial and medical companies, the Federal sectors, and the Department of Defense.
