Building an Internal Talent Bench

For many organizations, the demand for quality internal talent outweighs the current supply, thus forcing the business go outside of the organization to bring in external talent. Without a system for developing high potential employees internally, the business is missing out on the potential future high performing leaders that have already demonstrated the ability to succeed in their unique business environment. This session will focus on (1) How to partner with your business to determine the current state of your organization’s internal development systems so that you can surface pain points and define solutions that would target those pain points. (2) Defining ‘Return on Expectation’ and designing a program that provides solutions to the pain points while not adversely impacting business operations. (3) How to evaluation the effectiveness of your program and implement consistent check points to ensure growth and sustainability.
