Ms. Kistner has spent 35 years providing exceptional service to the men and women of the armed forces. She has been employed throughout the San Antonio military community, supporting the warfighter at Lackland Air Force Base and Brooks City-Base. Today, she is a faculty member of Webster University and teaches in the Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, and Management Masters Programs.
