Conversations are the pulse of an organization. Are the conversations around you producing greater alignment or grudging compliance? Do you know the conversational approach that builds motivation and momentum? Coaching equips leaders with tools for facilitating alignment and goal traction. This learning event will explore a conversational coaching framework that can be applied in any interaction. You will learn what to listen for, how to create self-awareness, and the essentials of igniting motivation and vision in those you coach.

    About the Speaker: 

    Carissa Gay


    For the past 20 years, Carissa Gay has dedicated her career to developing leaders. She has served in various non-profit, academic, and corporate roles, all focused on equipping leaders of vision and impact. Carissa is CEO of Courageous Leaders, a coaching and training organization focused on leadership development and communication effectiveness. She holds the Professional Certified Coach credential from the International Coach Federation and is President of the International Coach Federation-San Antonio Chapter. She is also a Regional Trainer for the Center for Coaching Excellence where she mentors business professionals in coaching mastery.
