Speakers: Aimee Victoria & Matt Stuckey 

Aimee Victoria, Program Manager, Leadership Development at CPS Energy

Aimee leads employee experience design (EXD) in onboarding for all  new hires at CPS Energy. She drives innovative, transformed service delivery strategies with intentionally designed organizational environments,communications and events to provide best in class employee experiences. Aimee holds a BA English from Westminster College (PA) and an M. Ed. In Instructional Leadership and Curriculum Design from the University of Oklahoma. She has a passion for helping people live their best life and actively coaches Military Veterans who are transitioning to civilian careers. Aimee is a professional writer and her work has been featured in several major magazines. When she is not coaching or creating, she can be found riding Dressage on her beloved horse Pan at the Fort Sam Equestrian Center. 

Matt Stuckey, Employee Experience Architect, USAA

 Matt’s passion centers on translating user insights into vision,   strategy and service designs that balance user and business   needs, and transform businesses around user expectations. Matt   is an employee experience architect for USAA. His 20+-yr career   has included leadership roles in human resources, market   development & business development in a variety of industries. He   is a skilled practitioner of values-based leadership, service design,   customer experience design and employee experience design. Matt earned his MBA from the University of Dallas, and his undergraduate degree from Rice University. He is a GE-certified Six Sigma Greenbelt, a University of Texas-certified Innovator, a CXPA-certified Customer Experience Professional, and a retired Marine Corps commissioned officer. Matt and his wife Erin have two sons, and enjoy cooking and the outdoors.
