Title: Why most change efforts fails and what you can do differently
Location: Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen 76 NE Loop 410 San Antonio, Texas 78216
Description: More than 70% of change efforts fail. This is true across all industries and all types of organizations. Most fail due to a lack of buy-in from those affected by change, selecting the wrong intervention, a lack of organizational supports to help drive and reinforce the development and adoption of new behaviors, and from a lack of execution and follow through on the behalf of leadership. In this session we will explore these issues and discuss best practices for executing a successful change effort.
