Four talent development professionals will be chosen to give up to a12 minute presentation to show us something from his/her professional bag of tricks, it could be a killer icebreaker, a way to engage the audience, a coaching technique, or anything else that will WOW the audience. Contestants will be judged by the audience (by ballot) on: 1) Originality, 2) Entertainment, 3) Learning Value, and 4) Engagement. The first place winner will receive $100 in cash. The second place winner will receive $75 in cash. The two runners up will each receive a $25 gift certificate. Submit this entry form by November 25 for a chance to win the Top Trainer Throwdown! Contestants chosen to participate will be notified 30 November.
