  • At the conclusion of the presentation, the Participant will understand and be able to identify key strategies for executing evaluations that matter to business leaders.

About the Speaker: Steve Stone

Background: Steve Stone is the Vice President of Learning and Development at USAA. Steve joined USAA in October of 2009 to oversee the learning and development needs of USAA’s contact center operations. He now oversees all learning for over 28,000 USAA employees. Previously Steve worked with Bank of America, DHL International Ltd., AT&T Wireless, Directions International Inc., and the Southland Corporation (7-Eleven Food Stores). Steve holds a BA in Business Administration and a MBA in International Business. Born in Munich, Germany to an American father and English mother, Stone spent the first 17 years of his life in Germany, Northern Africa, England, and Spain. He is married to Native Texan, Kathy and they have three sons.
