Summary: This event is hosted jointly by the San Antonio Human Resources Management Association (SAHRMA) and the Association of Talent Development – San Antonio Chapter (ATD-SA). The purpose of this joint meeting is to bring local HR and TD executives together to share about best practices in Integrated Talent Management (ITM) and learn from each other. ITM involves three or more connected organizational processes designed to attract, manage, develop, motivate and retain key people. These processes include performance management, career management, succession management, leadership development, learning and capability development, total rewards and talent acquisition.
