How can organizations help every employee personally succeed and also have a positive business impact? How does your workforce view their employment, as lifetime employment or lifetime employability? Companies who help their workforce have a mindset of lifetime employability impact the organization’s business strategy. Barbara will share best practices of organizations who create comprehensive – enterprise wide career development initiatives from hiring to exiting employees.

About the Speaker:

Background: Barbara A. F. Greene, is the Founder and CEO of Greene and Associates, A Career Partners International Firm. Barbara leads a company that provides services globally; focusing on corporate human capital initiatives. Her in-depth experience in career development comes from formal learning and the school of hard knocks. Barbara is the Past President of the ASTD San Antonio Chapter.  She is involved in the community through the United Way Master Leadership Program- Class 2014-2015 and serves as part of the Executive Coaching team for the San Antonio Area Foundation for CEO/ED the Succession Planning Matters Program.

Accomplishments:  Among her many honors, Barbara has been recognized with NAWBO's Entrepreneurial Spirit Award as Mentor of the Year, the San Antonio Business Journal's Mentoring Leadership Enterprise Award, and the DiversityFIRST Leadership Award from the Texas Diversity Council. Barbara is co-author of the book, Texas Job Hunter’s Guide, and is a frequent speaker, including the National Society of Hispanic MBA Association and the Young Professionals Group and for corporations.

Certifications: Barbara has a M.S. in Counseling and is an ICF Master Certified Coach.
