About the Speaker:
Background: Dr. Virginia Moody is the CEO of Moody & Associates, celebrating her 14th year as a small business owner. Her expertise and passion comes from over 30 years in the Human Resources industry leading individuals, teams and organizations through change initiatives, project management, and organizational redesign efforts. Her specialty services in Professional Coaching (Career, Business, Executive and Personal), Consulting, and Inspirational Speaking helps clients to be more creative and innovative in their daily work.
Accomplishments: She is a graduate of Leadership San Antonio, the Master Leadership Program, Leadership Texas, Darden/Harvard/the Development of Defense senior leadership schools, and enjoys volunteering throughout her community.
Certifications: She has a doctorate in Adult Education and Leadership; Two Masters Degrees (Human Resources and Business Management); and an undergraduate in Vocational Education/Teaching (Quality, Reengineering and Change Management). She also is a certified AABE, MBE, SBE, WBE owned business.
