HVHC Inc. (parent company of Visionworks and Davis Vision) is proud to host you at their downtown corporate office for the upcoming Learning and Development Executive Meeting. The topic of discussion is “Best Practices in Training Evaluation”. Please come prepared to share some of your best practices in this area and/or ask questions that will help you learn more. A light lunch will be provided, including choices from salads, sandwiches and sides. Soft drinks and water will also be provided. Please see below for important instructions about the event.
Date: January 22, 2015 Location: 175 E. Houston Street in downtown San Antonio, at the corner of Houston and St. Mary’s, across the street from the Sheraton Gunter hotel and Starbucks. Time: 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM. Please plan to arrive no later than 11:15 at the building to get through security. Parking: Recommended parking is at the Houston Street Garage. The entrance is at 175 College Street, behind the Majestic Theatre. Registration: To expedite entry into their building, members of the HVHC Training Team will meet you in the building lobby to sign you in and provide you with a guest badge. From there you will be escorted up to our meeting room by one of the team. Dress Code: HVHC corporate dress code is business casual.
