Rubie Hernandez-Gano, Director Training and Development, has been with SeaWorld since 1992 and started in the Culinary Department. She has been in love with helping guests learn since 1995 when she joined the Education Team. From there her passion grew to a deep desire to help team members learn, to help leaders develop and to assist ini creating a positive learning environment. Rubie holds a Masters in Human Resource Management since April 2010, is originally from San Diego, CA and has been in San Antonio since 2012.
